Date Night: Golden Hour in the Flower Fields
We know Friday evenings can feel rushed. We built in a little extra breathing room intentionally — leave the grind behind, take the back roads slowly, and arrive around 6:30 without frazzle. The fields will be ready when you are.
Enjoy an evening to be savored. Real and rooted. Lost in the awe of beauty.
Join us as the light turns golden over our fields, a majestic view of the flowers in all their glory. We'll begin together with a gentle walk through the flower fields, where I'll introduce you to what's in bloom — the stories behind each variety, what makes them special, and why we grow them. Then the evening is yours.
Settle in among the zinnias (dahlias late August on) under the soft glow of globe lights with a farm spread to share — all thoughtfully prepared right here on the farm. In the heat of summer, we serve chilled gazpacho in individual bottles, drizzled with olive oil — cool, elegant, and deeply satisfying. Come autumn, a warm cast iron pot of seasonal farm soup arrives at your table, made from what's growing that week. Upon arrival, a feast table featuring farm-baked artisan sourdough, local Ithaca beet hummus, our own roasted red pepper almond garlic spread, and fresh farm vegetables. We close the evening the way we believe every meal should end; fruit course — featuring a warm stewed farm blueberries, cinnamon, chia, and granola. Freshly sun-brewed herbal tea is included throughout.
Organic, abundant, and arranged with the same care we put into everything we grow.
Each booking includes 30 stems of freshly cut flowers in a jar to take home. If you find yourself wanting to bring a little more of the farm with you, our farm stand will be open for additional blooms and field bounty before you leave.
Come with a partner, a friend, or simply yourself. Solo guests are warmly welcome — up to 2 solo spots available per evening, only 4 couple spots available.
Golden hour is truly all it sounds.
The Evening of the Third Friday of the Month | 6:30–8:30pm | June through October
*note change of date in September
For Two — $125 Solo — $75
Space is very limited — book ahead to secure your evening.
